Thank you for considering New Culture Eats to serve your next event! Whether it’s a wedding, church gathering, corporate function, or community celebration, we are honored to bring our Caribbean soul to your table — seasoned with faith, love, and legacy.

Below are a few guidelines to ensure we serve you with excellence, ease, and the Spirit of hospitality we're known for.

🍽️ Catering Options & Packages

We offer three main catering styles:

  1. Blessed Buffet
    Self-serve with warming trays & utensils included. Minimum: 25 guests.

  2. Plated with Purpose
    Elegant, individually plated meals for formal events. Minimum: 15 guests.

  3. Family Anointed Style
    Shared platters for a table-style experience. Great for weddings and intimate gatherings.

🛒 Menu Selections

  • All orders require selection from our Catering Menu (available upon request or via our website).

  • Customizations are welcomed and encouraged for dietary or faith-based preferences (e.g. no pork, pescatarian, vegan).

  • Signature dishes include:

    • Zesty Baked Mac & Cheese

    • Rosemary butter glazed baked chicken

    • Honey Jerk Wings

    • Rasta Pasta 

 Booking & Lead Time

  • Minimum notice: 10 business days prior to your event.

  • Rush orders (under 7 days) are subject to availability and a 20% surcharge.

 Deposits & Payments

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

  • Remaining balance is due 48 hours before delivery or pickup.

  • We accept Zelle, Wire Transfer, and issued checks.

 Delivery & Setup

  • Delivery within 30 miles of Your Location is included in full-service packages.

  • Setup includes table arrangement, chafers, signage & staff prayer if requested 🙏🏽

  • Pickup-only orders available with designated time slots.

 Faith & Food Policy

  • As a faith-based company, we honor the Sabbath and do not cater or deliver on Sundays unless previously approved.

  • All food is prepared with prayer and intentionality. If you'd like a blessing over the food at your event, just ask. We’re happy to lead or join.

 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 14+ days prior: 50% of deposit refunded.

  • 3–6 days prior: 0% of deposit refunded.

  • Under 72 hours: no refund (ingredients already prayed over and prepped).

 Final Notes

  • We aim to exceed expectations, but we don’t compromise on quality or faith.
